Application Form

Processes such as Tripura NEET 2021 counselling include registration, application fee submission and verification. In Tripura NEET counselling 2021, the following procedures will be taken to be completed:

 Step 1: Registration

Candidates must register on the DME Tripura official website to participate in the Tripura NEET 2021 counselling. Candidates who do not register for the Tripura NEET 2021 exam will be disqualified from further consideration.

Step 2: you must pay an application fee.

To take part in the Tripura NEET 2021 counselling, you must pay the application cost. Fees can be paid by Demand Draft drawn in the name of the ‘Director, Medical Education, Govt of Tripura, payable at Agartala’ and sent to the address below.

Step 3: Documents must be verified.

The candidate’s eligibility will be verified after the documents have been verified. The candidate must go to the verification centre with their original and self-attested photocopies of all their papers. They will be checked there.

Tripura NEET counselling 2021: Required Documents List

Step 4: Compilation of statewide academic honour rolls

For the applicants who registered for Tripura NEET counselling, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) would compile a merit list. The registered applicants’ NEET 2021 All India Ranks will serve as the foundation for preparing the state merit list.

Step 5: Make a list of allotted seats.

The DME Tripura official website will host the Tripura NEET 2021 seat allotment list. The Tripura NEET, 2021 seat distribution list will be generated based on the state merit list, the available seats, and the selections made by the applicants.

Step 6: Submit a report to the facility.

A candidate who has been assigned a seat has to go to the particular institute for confirmation of their admission to report. In addition, they’ll have to put up a deposit to cover the first year’s tuition.

In Tripura NEET counselling 2021, there will be no preference for students from the state’s Other Backward Classes (OBC). As a result, during Tripura NEET 2021 counselling, an OBC category candidate will be considered a general category candidate.

NEET cut-off 2020 for Tripura

State Quota seats for DME, Tripura will be finalised following the second round of counselling. Under the State Quota system, seats will be allocated based on a candidate’s state rank and NEET score. Candidates from states other than Tripura are ineligible to apply for admission under the State Quota system. Through NEET 2020, medical institutes in Tripura will have 166 State Quota MBBS seats available. On the other hand, the NEET State Quota 2020 is only offering four seats to dental schools. Combined, Tripura Medical College and Agartala Govt. Medical Colleges control almost 90% of the MBBS seats that are available under the State Quota system.

The DGHS will publish the Tripura MBBS 2020 NEET Cutoff for AQI (All India Quota) seats for the NEET exam. Admission to Tripura’s medical and dental schools will be based on a candidate’s ability to achieve a qualifying NEET AIR (All India Rank) and scores in the entrance exams. Candidates from all around the country can apply under the All India Quota if they qualify in NEET. Under the All India Quota, Tripura has 29 MBBS seats and 1 BDS seat available.

NEET counselling

Tripura NEET 2021 preparation is expected to begin in November (tentatively). The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Tripura will be in charge of counselling for the state’s upcoming NEET 2021 class. There will be two rounds of Tripura NEET counselling in 2021. Tripura NEET 2021 will conduct a second round of counselling to fill any open seats once the first round has concluded.
