What is NEET counseling 2021?
NEET counseling is national-level counseling that is conducted for admission to 15% of AIQ quota seats. NEET counseling 2021 is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of the MCC. The counseling of NEET 2021 is conducted online, and the students who wish to participate in this process can register themselves on the official website of MCC.
The remaining 85% of the seats for all the undergraduate medical and dental courses will be filled by the respective states. Every state government conducts counseling for each state separately.
The counseling of the AIQ is conducted in two rounds. If any seats are left vacant after the first round are carried forward to the second round. However, after the second round of NEET counseling, the vacant seats will be taken on to the respective state quota.
