NEET exam syllabus
NEET has a fixed syllabus out of which questions are asked in every year’s examination. Basically, there are three subjects in the exam namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology focusing on the curriculum of Class 11 and Class 12. The NEET test syllabus is based on state education boards’ like CBSE’s, ICSE’s, NIOS’s, and COBSE’s Class 11 and 12 syllabuses. Students would benefit from knowing the NEET 2021 curriculum as it will aid them in their preparation for each topic. Syllabus Preparation Tips
Without the right guidance for studying and preparation, a student cannot study well. That’s why it is essential to know a study plan or preparation tips for a better preparation of the exam.
Ideally, NEET preparation should be rigorous and student should be determined enough to prepare well for the exam. A student with medical study background will get advantage that he or she will grab the concepts easily. The ideal time for preparation of NEET exam is 6 months. Applicants can prepare well for the exam, if they have an organized plan for preparation. A student can adopt the following strategies-
- Separate the syllabus on the basis of their level- easy, moderate and difficult. The segregation can be as Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Biology and a student can start with the subject that is found easy.
- Make proper notes and keep on learning the syllabus topics.
- Give yourself extra time to master the new/ challenging topics from the NEET curriculum, since this will need you to learn everything from scratch.
- After finishing one chapter, complete the questions at the conclusion of the chapter to reinforce the topic.
- Examine previous year’s exam papers and respond to questions from the NEET curriculum 2021.
- If the test does not go well, analyse the performance and revise the NEET curriculum for the topic.
- Only move on to the next item in the NEET 2021 curriculum if the previous topics have been properly revised and studied.
- Lastly, it is all about how much one practices. The more you practice and revise the learned concepts; the better you become and higher are the chances to crack the exam with good grads. There is no haste to give the exam. A candidate should appear for the exam when feel ready.
